Over the next 5 weeks, you’ll explore some of the more common concepts in CBT, and how to apply them to your daily life.
By the end of this course, you will have a better understanding of one of the most prominent methodologies in psychology, and will have some tangible skills to improve how you approach life’s challenges.
The program is structured to go through one unit per week. Each unit will cover an introduction to a CBT topic, detail on how it works, and then some ‘homework’ assignments. These assignments are not submitted to Mindlii, they are meant to be reflective exercises. Each unit will unlock one week after the previous unit.
