Welcoming Guests

When guests come to your program for the first time, there are a few things that are important to cover:

  1. Who they can talk to if they have an issue with their stay (including limitations on when they are available, or who to talk to if they are not there)
  2. All rules that guests are subject to (which makes rules easier to communicate later)
  3. All services that are available (including mealtimes)

In addition, it is important that if you are the first point of contact for a new guest, that they have your undivided attention.
