Build a Self-Care Plan

Make sure your self-care plan:

  • Is prepared in advance of when you might need it.
  • Includes activities that are as low-cost as possible.
  • Includes at least one activity you can do every day (like taking time to read a novel).
  • Includes at least one activity that takes a little time, but can be done on a week-end (like having friends over for dinner).
  • Includes a list of a few of your meaningful activities you like to do regularly.
  • Includes some signs you might need self-care.
