Exercise 6 – Put your phone on airplane mode for as long as you can

This activity takes less preparation than Exercise 5, is simple to plan, and sometimes hard to do. Challenge yourself to put your phone on airplane mode, and then start the stopwatch on your phone. Go about your other activities like you would, and when you feel the need to turn your phone back on, notice how long the stopwatch has been running for.

Repeat this activity another day, and see if you can keep your phone on airplane mode for longer this time. Consider keeping track with a journal
